Ministry Team Phone Numbers:
First Services Greeters: Please plan to arrive by 9:00 AM, check tables to be sure bibles & pens/pencils & blue cards are on tables & chairs. Be at the front door to greet those arriving for the first service by 9:10 and greet until 9:45. At close of service open sanctuary doors and greet for 10 – 15 minutes at that location, then pass off to second service greeters. If you have questions or cannot serve on your assigned day please call Patti at 360-882-7530.
Second Services Greeters: Please plan to arrive by 10:40 AM and greet until 11:15. At close of services open sanctuary doors and greet for 10 – 15 minutes at that location. If you have questions or cannot make your assigned day please call Patti Boehlke at 360-882-7530
Hospitality: Beverage service will be set up prior to the first service. Pastries will be served only between the two services (10:30 – 11:00). On your scheduled Sunday please plan to arrive at 10:30, set out pastries which will already be prepared, attend the second service and cleanup kitchen afterwards. If you have questions or unable to service on your scheduled Sunday please call Corky (260-1958)
